The Awards
tve is delighted to launch its first corporate sustainability film awards. For over 27 years, we’ve has been inspiring change through film. In 2012, we are building on that extensive experience to launch our first corporate sustainability film awards - to acknowledge the invaluable work carried out by companies worldwide to enhance sustainability. We are encouraging companies globally to use the most popular of media - film and animation - to share best practice on their corporate sustainability initiatives. We are looking for inspiring, captivating short films (of less than 10 minutes duration) about your company’s corporate sustainability initiatives.
Why should you enter?
You will be joining other companies worldwide as part of a thought-provoking new initiative which will inspire your own employees as well as the broader business world. You will be invited to the exclusive awards ceremony and dinner hosted at BAFTA (British Academy of Film and Television Arts), 195 Piccadilly - an opportunity for you to meet with like-minded companies at a venue famed for its film links. Crucially, you could achieve recognition for the efforts that your company puts into the important field of corporate sustainability.
How do you enter?
Please see our easy step by step instructions and then complete our entry form. Companies can enter a film about their sustainability activities (maximum 10 minutes duration) into one of three categories: environment, community investment, and inspiring good governance.
What happens next?
tve will upload all of the film entries onto the tve corporate sustainability film awards 2012 website. An independent judging panel will then select the best and most inspirational films in each category. The shortlisted and winning films will be screened at a prestigious and inspirational awards ceremony at BAFTA, 195 Piccadilly, on 18th October 2012. Winners and runners-up will receive a trophy and the winner of tve’s Best Film Prize will be awarded the special tve corporate sustainability film awards seal of approval.
What does it cost to enter and what does that include?
It will cost £5,000 per corporate entry (to enter 1 film & receive 4 seats at the BAFTA awards ceremony and dinner). It is possible to enter more films and to purchase additional seats. For details please see our step by step instructions. Please be aware that numbers of spaces will be strictly limited and so please apply now to ensure a place.
What are the deadlines?
All entry forms and payment must be received by 25th May 2012.
All completed films must be submitted by 24th September 2012.
The awards ceremony will take place at BAFTA, 195 Piccadilly, London on 18th October 2012.
